Basic essentials: We provide a small amount of the basic essentials i.e. sugar, bathroom soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet tissue, clothes/sponges and cleaning products.
Linen: We provide beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and faux fur bedspreads or cosy blankets, fluffy towels, pool towels and tea towels. (If you are staying two weeks or more, a change of linen and towels will be provided half way through your stay)
Kitchen Utilities: Dishwasher, Double Oven Range Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Kettle, Toaster, Iron.
Rooms: Open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge (1), Bedrooms (3), Bathrooms (2), Hall (2). Bar/Lounge (1), Games Room (1) Changing room/boot room, (1), WC (1).
Furniture: Super King size bed (1), Double bed (1), Single beds (2), High Chair (1), Removal stair-gate for use with pool-side French doors (1), Travel Cot available on request, Dining seating for 6, Lounge seating for 6 in open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge, Lounge seating for 6 in bar/lounge. 2 bar stalls at cocktail bar.
Outdoors: Private enclosed front garden with wooden decked area, 6 seater wicker table & comfy armchairs, 4 seater table & chairs, BBQ and lawn. To the rear of the building there is a heated swimming pool courtyard, 6 seater rattan table & chairs for 6 people. 2 sun-loungers, double sun-lounger, small table & 2 chairs adjacent to master bedroom, outside lights have a movement day/night sensors.
Parking: Ample parking space for 3 cars, there is one space under the carport and additional parking available in the driveway. (Car advisable)

Swimming Pool Safety:
Our swimming pool is approximately 12m by 6m. It is 1/2m deep at the shallow end and 2m deep in the centre, it is a basin shape so it has shallow sides all the way round the pool.
The pool does not have a lifeguard. All children aged eight years old and under must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult swimmer at all times. Always supervise children in and around the pool and teach them to keep away from the pool and to only go in when they are told they can. There is safety equipment mounted on the wall at the poolside.
Additional services:
We are able to provide Help-your-self B&B, homemade cookies, cakes or a homemade dinner to enjoy on your first night. We can also offer a babysitting service (CRB checked).
